About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to the RECTYR website and RECTYR YouTube Automation application. The application is currently operated for RECTYR's own gaming-content workflow and is not offered as a general public software service.
Application purpose
RECTYR YouTube Automation assists with preparing and publishing authorized gameplay content. Functions may include local media processing, generation of publishing metadata and thumbnails, and authorized interaction with Google/YouTube APIs.
Authorization and account responsibility
Google/YouTube functionality may be used only with an account and channel for which the operator has permission. The operator is responsible for protecting account credentials, OAuth authorization data, and access to the computer on which the application runs.
Content responsibility
The operator is responsible for ensuring that uploaded videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, and other materials may lawfully be published and comply with applicable platform rules.
Third-party services
The application may interact with third-party services such as Google and YouTube. Use of those services remains subject to their applicable terms, policies, availability, quotas, and technical requirements.
No warranty
The website and application are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Automated processing can produce errors, and generated metadata or media should be reviewed as appropriate before publication.
Changes
These terms may be updated as RECTYR YouTube Automation changes. The effective date above will be updated when revised terms are published.

Use of Google user data is described in the RECTYR YouTube Automation Privacy Policy.
